ADHD

Living with ADHD can be a daily struggle, especially when balancing career, family, and personal responsibilities.

I specialize in helping adults with ADHD through evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Executive Function Coaching, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These methods support emotional regulation, improve focus, and enhance time management and organization skills.

Together, we’ll develop personalized strategies to help you thrive, reduce stress, and live with more purpose and peace.

Depression & Stress

If you’re feeling weighed down by intergenerational trauma, family duties, or the pressure to meet external expectations, you're not alone.

Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your depression and stress in a safe, supportive environment where you can unpack these burdens without judgment.

Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR and other evidence-based therapies, I’ll help you find clarity, emotional healing, and a renewed sense of self. Our work together will guide you toward a more balanced, fulfilling life where you feel empowered to take on the challenges ahead.


LGBTQ+ & Multicultural Therapy

Navigating identity, family expectations, and cultural pressures can be isolating, especially for those in the LGBTQ+ community or facing multicultural challenges. I offer a culturally sensitive, affirming space where you can explore your identity without judgment. With extensive experience working with diverse backgrounds and multiple intersectionalities, I understand the unique challenges you face.

Counseling is available in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, helping you express yourself comfortably. Together, we’ll work to help you live authentically and free from external pressures.
